1) Establishing a relatively low price for a product or service usually to stimulate demand and acquire market share. It is basically penetration pricing.
2) It is also advantages for seller having high volume production when economic of scale is achievable.
3) Using price as a method to build long-term relationship with the best customers.
4) Focusing on giving better deals to your best customers.
